You'll know exactly what you are cooking for the week and will only purchase ingredients for those meals, which will help you avoid wasting money on unnecessary food items that will sit in your pantry, unused, for 3 months.

We get off work, we're tired, we don't want to even think about what we are going to cook for dinner, let alone actually cook it, so we pull into the fast food drive-thru...and sell our soul!
